@Heather O. Hi Heather, this is a regular monthly meetup run by The Invest Florida Show (who also have a great podcast). They bring in different speakers every month on a variety of topics. Adrian is a local investor who focuses on Mobile Homes and has a significant level of expertise on the topic. 

I'm only affiliated with them as a fan of the podcast (my wife and I were on episode 146), and help promote the meetup on BP to create more awareness. Every month there are 20-40 people that show up from all different experience levels of REI.

@Ayne C. Yes these are monthly. The next one is scheduled for next Wednesday October 24th. I'll be posting the details on BP soon, but you can also find it on meetup.com (search for Florida Cashflow). The guest speaker is going to be Kevin Bupp talking about MH parks. 

@Justin Wai Sorry I'm just seeing this! I've been out of town the last couple weeks for my wedding. For future reference, it would certainly be acceptable to bring your daughter to these meetups. It is a safe space with a great group of people, and there are plenty of areas you could duck into if you needed a minute with her away from the crowd.

@Elise Hazzard Yes there is actually a parking garage at the bottom of the building that the event is in. The entrance is near the corner of Madison/Florida.
