Hello!

My name is Luis Blanco, an aspiring real estate entrepreneur located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. My goals are as follows: financial independence, generational wealth, and to give back and pass it forward to those people who could use a hand up, not a hand out. I am seeking mentors that have already achieved success, freedom, and are happy to share their wealth of information. I would like to know about your story, your experiences, plans for the future, etc...

If that's you, I would love to hear from you! If you're curious to know more about me, then feel free to hit me up. Thank you for your attention.

Kind regards,

Luis Blanco.

Quote from @Tyler Fontaine:

Great to hear it! Good for you. Welcome to BP. It's the place to be for REI.

Househacking as a first deal is brilliant. I definitely recommend that. Getting into wholesaling will be work but it can pay off. I would find a strategy that works for you and then get as good as you can at it. I would expect results to come months after you've been putting in the work.

You can get lucky or have a good run where you get some deals right away but the deals will come after you have been marketing and putting in the work for a while.

Thank you for the welcome @Tyler Fontaine I have grown to love the BP community through the podcasts, books, webinars, and forums. Like yourself, Rich Dad, Poor Dad turned my lights on. Since then, I have been reprogramming my brainwashed mind and filling it with financial education and personal development. My mission is to create financial independence for me, my fiancé, and our son. What would you recommend as an alternative to a wholesaling business? I more or less was thinking building a wholesaling business would immerse me in the real estate world, become a means to an end of raising capital, and ultimately give me more deal flow. Thank you 🙏

Hello 👋

I’m new to the game and preparing/planning for my first deal, which I’ve decided will be a househack. My strategy is buy/hold multifamily properties and I also plan on wholesaling. Broward county, Florida.

Calling all experienced local investors: I’m curious and would love the opportunity to get to hear your story. Why did you start in real estate? What did that look like for you? The list goes on…I appreciate all perspectives from new investors as well! Say hi!
