Thanks Robb appreciate the feedback. I am looking into a three family which will be my very first investment property ever. Just trying to weigh out the options of whether to get a property manager or not. Do you think I should get a taste first at what it's like to be a landlord first?

Newbie, not yet a real estate investor, but soon will be after I get my CPA. I bought my first home and it was a single family, however I want to buy another home, either a 3-4 family. What obstacles may I have to overcome in order to purchase another home with not a lot of money out of pocket?
