I am looking for the following individual contractors who are licensed and insured in MD (Preferably also in DC & VA) for REHAB to upcoming SFH projects. 1. Roofer 2. Exterior Painter/Vinyl Siding 3. Landscaper 4. Plumber 5. Electrician 6. H/VAC - Furnace 7. General Contractor 8. Flooring Please email me your information. @Soh Thank you! From what I have learned the goal is 12% CoC and over $200 cash flow on Multi-family. Any other recommendations?

I pulled an offier on a Multi-Family property after finding out (adding) about snow removal in Western, Mass because the Cash on Cash % (CoC) dropped from 12.5 to 8% but the monthly cash flow was over $400. Thoughts/Advise?
