I began investing part time in real estate in the 2014 and started my company KS Investments and Acquisitions in 2016. In 2017 I closed on 16 real estate deals. in 2017 I also I have started a real estate podcast called "Let’s get real", that is available for subscription on iTunes, Google play. I work full time for a pharmaceutical company specializing in gene mediated Cell therapies. when I'm not investing in real estate I enjoy volunteering, cross fit, Muay Thai and Triathlons. My goals are to acquire 10-15 rental properties a year.
