Not much different than if they were held by you personally. You can have them all one dashboard to my knowledge. This is something you’ll want to ask the lawyer that sets up your LLCs

I’m not sure I understand the question though. You’re saying things are going 25k under asking but also going 100k over asking? We’re not seeing much over asking anymore. That was more 2 years ago.

Moving to more of on ownerrez model which I'm guessing is also what Guesty (not gfh) uses. Anytime there's a change there will be kinks. I think I'd probably wait it out at this point. If you want something easier hospitable is a fine option.

At a certain point you just have to decide if you want to buy one. At the end of the day it’s just a single family home. It’s not a huge deal. Find one you like and go for it. Or don’t!
