Has anyone used the Flipster software that Jerry Norton has? I am getting started with flipping and am wondering if this is something that others have used and would recommend OR not recommend.
Any input or suggestions of tools that may be better is welcomed!

I'm in search of a reliable property manager in Dayton, Ohio. All of the Google reviews have several negative reviews from investors... as well as good reviews, so I'm finding myself stuck on who to start with. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
