I’m still in high school and want to ultimately obtain a large short term and long term rental based porfolio but would like to work in real estate in the mean time to procure the capital to begin this. Any thoughts on having a career in aquistions and then ultimately leaving it to focus entirely on investing  to small multi family and possibly syndications later on as I would have the experience in commercial re?

I am aiming to work for someone within the industry as a sort of intern but know I need to provide some type of aid to them for them to even think about helping me. What are some ways i can provide service to them? I say this because I am 17 and have no in person experience in actual real estate.

 Is there any recommendations for me in terms of things I can provide? 

 I live in Schaumburg but I would drive anywhere really to learn.

Hello, my name is Luke Okane and I am a 17 year old high school student in Schaumburg . My goal is to obtain 20 doors by the age of 25 so I was wondering if there is anybody who is willing to let me work for the for free. I am eager to learn the game of real estate, all aspects from loan officer to property managers to investors. I want to submerge myself deeply into it at a young age so any type of work, internship, anything at all really would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I appreciate the reply man. Do you or anybody you know would offer any type of internship or really juts any type of learning experience within any realm of real estate? I want to learn all the aspects, including contracting, so by the time I do start buying a will have a solid team.
