@Gena Kirkwood I was also looking into Joe McCall's Wholesaling Lease Option Course that includes his Podio setup and would love to hear your thoughts on it at this point.  Any info would be greatly appreciated! :)

If you are willing to spend the $$$ associated, REIVault has a pretty decent program that basically automates the direct mail process and enters all your leads into a Podio account ready for you to make offers/follow up.

@Eyan Lakhani I actually tried Zoho for a bit when I joined Property MOB, and while it is nicely set-up from the start, I found it lacking in expansive capabilities. It is based very much on wholesaling properties and I work more types of leads than just wholesale deals. I ended switching to Podio and haven't looked back since. It requires time or money for someone else to set up your system, but it is the best once you have it done.

@Crystal Salton @Eyan Lakhani I haven't tried that program at this point. I am only giving my opinion on the Property MOB membership itself. I've been very happy with the support and information given in it so far.  Tracy does a very good job IMO of keeping the content relevant and holds monthly meetings to talk about the latest tips and techniques in the industry. Just my two cents!

platinum. The members are mostly full time investors and run successful businesses. Very helpful in addressing any questions I've had to this point.

I ended up joining and it's an awesome group. I recommend Tracy and the MOB very highly.

@Account Closed I'll second the vote for Podio. There are a great selection of apps that would probably meet your needs for this particular task. You can customize anything you want to your business. Very versatile and powerful system.
