Hey @Brian Madore! If any of these are going to be owner occupied, then you could look into down payment assistance or grants through your state/county. If they are all buy and hold investments, can you work a deal with your investors that would be a win-win for both of you where they supply the down payment as well? Best of luck!

Hey @Ricardo Guerrero! You could look into hard money lenders, but make sure you understand the implication of using one before pulling the trigger. Best of luck!

Hey @Zachary Penn! A lot of the national banks won't lend in that price range, but give your local banks / credit unions a call and ask around. If they hold their own loans there'll be some allowed leniency. Good luck!

Hey @Bryan Ferrufino! Congrats on taking first steps! Definitely reach out to a local lender(s) to get a feel for what terms you may qualify for and the costs that will come with purchasing, a HomePossible/HomeReady loan or an FHA loan are great options to get into a househack with low down payments. They'll be able to give you best next steps as well if any are applicable for "better" qualification/terms. Happy to connect and assist with any general questions! Best of luck!
