Hey @Chris S.! If you're interested in the safety of the neighborhood, Trulia has really awesome tools to check the crime around a house/surrounding area. If you throw the address into Trulia and choose the "crime" option within the map, it'll show the happenings around the neighborhood. It's a rougher area but between Stanley Marketplace and the Fitzsimons campus, so a lot of development going on around those hotspots. Potential path of progress location down the line.

Hey @Josh Darley! I'd recommend finding out why the units you're interested in are non-warrantable, some reasonings seem to be a bigger deal than others but come down to your preference. They'll typically also require a larger down payment, which you're probably aware of after finding a lender willing to lend on them :) best of luck!

Hey @Austin Agnew! Congrats on the house hack! Might be fairly area dependent, but Facebook marketplace is a great place with a lot of traffic in my area for rental listings. Best of luck!
