Hey @Kian Faramarzi! Although I'm not much older than you, my advice to myself even five years ago would be to just start! There's no better learning than doing it for yourself, and no amount of preparation will prevent you from all failures. Best of luck!

Hey @Emilio Ramirez! Check out the "events" option under the network dropdown on the site, this is a great place to find local meetups in your area via other BP members. Also checkout Meetup.com for some additional options that may not be on the site. Good luck searching!

Hey @Brandon Hall! I've never looked too far into the crowdfunding option before, what platforms would you use to raise the funds? Are there any requirements that you need to meet to be able to list on those platforms?

Hey @Jackson Horn, congratulations on the deal! Did you rent out the extra rooms or did it have an ADU of some sort?

Hey @Oren K. congrats on the success! I'm a fan and personally keep my liquid funds in a high yield savings account. Rates used to be a lot better, but at least you're earning something and have immediate access. I use Ally and their rate is 0.5% right now, there may be slightly higher options out there. I thing 30 day CDs are also available, though haven't used personally. Best of luck!

Hey @Alex Waite! The best option for you is going to be dependent on what your goals are. Are you looking for a liquidity event? Want to build cashflowing assets over time? Do you want to move into another househack and rent the home behind you?

Regardless congrats on the successful investment and best of luck!

Hey @Paul Young! Congratulations on the gains in this crazy market! Something I'd recommend you look into would be a HELOC. This would allow you to tap into the equity to be able to utilize it, while still maintaining ownership and living in your new home. Best of luck!
