Hey Russell: check with the county first to see what they allow. In the plaza we lease our office; the owner has converted the basements of all the buildings into additional office spaces. It depends on the town- as to what they allow or not. Hope that helps.

Hello: definitely check to FFREIA. Also wanted to let you know there is another Meetup Group for all things Real Estate in Rochester as well. Hello Brian: I suggest you file a complaint with Department of State- once they get this complaint; they will have no other option but to respond to your requests; otherwise they can end up loosing their license. Best of luck!
