We have a 9 unit Apartment with a retail that is leased out until 2018. The sale price of the property with the retail bldg is $ 680K. The rental income from both properties bring in $8200.00 a month. The rent on the units could go up if the units are remodeled. One of the unit has already been updated. This property is located near a military base and plenty of retail. The value of the property is $879,512.00.

Todd are you a RE Agent or are you rehabbing the properties yourself. If so I do have off market properties in your area that need to be rehabbed.

Hello this property is an REO that came with the tenant. The tenant would like to stay in the property, their lease ends Jan. of 2017. They are not paying current market rent. So either the rent can be raised up or they can be evicted. This home has already been rehabbed so there are not repairs needed.
