We have three apartment complexes for sale in Georgia:
1. 236 units for 3.9 Million ARV 6.8m rehab $10K per unit
2. 165 units for 3.4 million ARV 6.6 Rehab $10K per unit
3. 296 units this is a loan assumption only located near a military base and water park.
Please inquire on the loan assumption on this property.
