Do you have pictures of the property?

Hello 

We have three apartment complexes for sale in Georgia:

1. 236 units for 3.9 Million ARV 6.8m rehab $10K per unit

2. 165 units for 3.4 million ARV 6.6 Rehab $10K per unit

3. 296 units this is a loan assumption only located near a military base and water park.

Please inquire on the loan assumption on this property.

The first three properties are sold AS IS and all deposit are non re-fundable. Principals only and we will need POF and LOI in order to view the property. First two properties must close within two weeks. Any question feel free to email them

Hello 

We have a hospitality leg of our company. We don't buy exterior hotels nor do we pay retail. If it's a value add opportunity in a high barrier area we would look at it. We can close as little as 30 days depending on the deal.
