Good day. I have ran into an issue with my deed. My deed description describes my 1parcel as well as 2 additional parcels. Problem is those other 2 parcels are registered to different people. I have been to the city and they are telling me it’s a title issue. Does anyone know a good real estate attorney in Baltimore City?

@William Watson good day William. I am also new to investing in Maryland. I’m a native New Yorker. How has your journey been? I see this post is a few years old. Are you still investing in Maryland?

Good day. Does anyone have any reputable electricians. Does anyone have any idea of the price to rewrite a 1 family 3bedroom 1 bathroom 1100 square foot home?

Hello William! I purchased a home and everything seems to be working properly(the plumbing/electrical. I thought that I still needed to get an inspection even if no updates were being made. Thanks for informing me

Hey John. Thanks for your insight
Is there any difference between getting the property inspected by a licensed inspector vs getting the property inspected by a city inspector?

Not to clear in the permit process. The property I purchased seems to have updated plumbing and electricity. Do I still need an inspection?

@Charles Parrish good day Charles. I just established a BiggerPockets account. Funny thing is that I was looking into one of your properties that is scheduled for auction prior to coming across this post.
