My deed description
Good day. I have ran into an issue with my deed. My deed description describes my 1parcel as well as 2 additional parcels. Problem is those other 2 parcels are registered to different people. I have been to the city and they are telling me it’s a title issue. Does anyone know a good real estate attorney in Baltimore City?

The legal description in your deed likely includes land you did not purchase. If that is the case the title company who handled your purchase will prepare a confirmatory deed identifying the correct parcel(s).
