@Marcus Auerbach yes I know training is very important that’s why I ask can sit in one there training classes to see how it goes. I went one and it horrible they literally spoke 3 mins on the subject which was hour session. But that’s what I been hearing the commission/money part don’t matter cause w/ the right training and technology you’ll make the money regardless

Well in the process of picking a firm, set up meeting with 5 major companies. I already meet with 2 of them. I know the training is the #1 most important thing. But besides that which one is better? a higher CAP ($35,000) but no monthly fees, free office space, signs, business cards , open house marketing, website , and have access to all offices or lower CAP ($20,500) but have $49 monthly fees, pay for everything on your own. Office space doesn't matter to me cause I already one. But both do have free computer labs anyway. Also, can you negotiate anything with these firms ? Any advice will help. Thanks !

Hey,

I live in Louisiana and I just finish my pre licensing course to get my salesperson license. I take the state and national exam in about week. I heard that finding real estate brokerage firm to work for is basically your interviewing the broker. My questions are, what are some of the key things I should be looking for when picking one? What questions should I ask? And any other additional information. Thank you

@Stephanie Potter so it’s better to work with a mortgage broker specifically?
