I took their "trial run" they sent me 10 "vacant homes" in my area. I drove around to all 10 homes and they were obviously not vacant except for one. I found the owner of the home on Property Shark and sent him a letter. Never got an answer. Most of the homes that they send you have since been sold or they are currently being rented.

Hi Rick,
Yes, I took Nick's course for three days. I spent over 1600 on the bootcamp. They give you the various types of real estate you can make money off of but they don't really give you the step x steps. After it was all over they totally abandon you. You will never get help from anyone there. Just still with the free courses from BiggerPockets and you should be OK, alot to learn at this site.
