I am a recent graduate who's always had a keen interest in real estate. Now that I am finally working as an adult, I want to learn as much as I can on how to start investing in real estate. I'm interested in buying by next year, and since I am straight out of school, I will probably not have much of a down payment. I'd love to get as much help/advice as I can from more experience people.
