David, I see you're local. I'd love to meet up and pick your brain a little on the details of this. I'm thinking about doing this myself w/ my retirement funds and also trying to convince my semi-retired dad to do the same.

An old friend of mine / Team Trivia MC, Chuck Turner has been inspecting for years and does a great job. He's also with Buyers protection group as mentioned in the previous post.
