Hey everyone, I was just wondering what the term "absorption rate" meant when talking about an area and how do I find/calculate this?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my question.

There are 7 colleges and universities in Greensboro, and a fairly large hospital. I'm not sure what the current statutes on vacation rentals are, but the Colliseum hosts large concerts on a fairly regular basis so if you wanted to go that route you could get a house and vacation rental it in the Spring Garden/Chapman area. This would also put you in a prime location for student rentals as well. Hope this helps a little

Hey there Karen! I saw you on BP episode 2. My bussiness partner and I are getting into the wholesaling/flipping business in July of this year. I was wondering if we could attend any of these future events just to watch? I know you said no coaching or anything but we just want to watch people do this. I've seen a couple of people do it at the local REIA, but I would love to see people at an event specifically doing that. If we cannot come unless we have deals to present then I totally understand.

Thank you so much.

Oh my God Tell me more! So what you're telling me is, you built a website, and through old fashioned networking/good credibility and a very well built website you get all these leads? You don't blog for your website and all those things people use to SEO?

Hey everyone

My bussiness partner and I are starting a direct mailing campaign in July. We also are looking into using a website, and using a combination of SEO and Google AdWords PPC techniques. Has anyone had any luck with this? I know different markets have different PPC rates and levels of SEO that would have to be done but are these sites good for bringing in leads? What are your PPC to lead ratios? How much money do you guys spend, how many leads does that generate and what market are you in?

Thanks so much for taking the time to read everyone!

Thank you May, I was also going to search tax delinquency and absentee high equity. I might check the county offices first to see if they would sell me a list of tax delinquency.
