Thank you Larry and Brian for clearing that up for me. I was confused, I had heard people in SC and NC saying they couldn't get any kind of lists from these sites.

Hey everyone.

I live in North Carolina and my partner and I want to start a direct mail campaign. North Carolina is a non-disclosure state so from what I understand I can't get lists from places like listsource or agentpro247. Im assuming I cannot get lists from the county either if this is the case. Has anyone here tried any direct mail marketing in North Carolina? How do you guys get mailing lists?

Thank you so much.

Most of the apartment communities off of Wendover are pretty decent, so are some of the communities off of McConnel but again make sure you do your due diligence and look at the crime reports. Most of the communities in those areas are pretty safe and the amenities are good.

Hey Amy, I have never heard of Datatree, the two big ones I have heard of are listsource, and Agentpro247. If North Carolina is a non-disclosure state does this mean that I cannot acquire lists at all no matter the platform?

Greetings Benjamin and congrats on your new job!

$750-$800 will land you a solid apartment in Greensboro, you will have to shop around though as the areas in Greensboro are quite mixed! Neighborhoods weave in and out of each other and so one street might be great to live on whereas another street might not be so great to live in. That being said the quality of apartment you are going to get in Greensboro for $750 is pretty good.

Hey everyone

Is north Carolina a non-disclosure state? I want to ask because someone in another thread mentioned that they couldn't buy a list through Agentpro247 in South Carolina because it was a non-disclosure state, is this the case with North Carolina? Has anyone in NC purchased a list from Agentpro247?

Thanks everyone!

Hey guys, how do you typically perform due diligence on a property If the owner is an absentee owner? I want to walk every property I wholesale with a GC so I can give a good SOW signed by the GC to my buyers. But if the owner is absentee/out of state how do I perform my due diligence? Should I just consider not mailing to absentees if my business involves using the GC to walk the property with me?

Thank you for taking the time to read this everyone.
