Hello Roy,

Estimated repairs, ARV and rent? If you still have the residence, I would like to see what you have and see if the numbers will work for me. Thanks!

Hello Joshua,

Try REIblackbook, you won't be disappointed. Very good CRM and also there is a community in which you could market out to as well. They will also integrate the website that you currently have and whenever somebody does send you that email to get in contact with you, they have the ability to directly inform you but also place the information of the potential motivated seller in the data base for you. They allow a free demo period but the system does cost around $97/month. Also the CRM will automatically do follow up leads for you as well. Let me know if you have more questions. I noticed you are in the Denver area, so if you would like to meet, I am open to show you the program and also would love to add you to my network.

Hello BP Users, I will start out by introducing myself. My name is Manuel Perez, and I am a new Investor in the Metro Denver area. I currently have 1 rental property, which has opened my eyes to how profitable Real Estate can actually be. I am currently in the process of completing my power team, but am looking for recommendations on locating a Title company that specializes in assignments and double closings and a RE attorney to review my contracts and make sure that they are state specific for Colorado. Any recommendations would help. I also like to give back to the people that have helped me and new investors that come along and is the reason I have setup a BP account. Thank you for reading my new member introduction and happy investing!

Hey Anthony, try seedcapital.com. These people will carefully select the right credit cards while minimizing any credit setbacks. They typically go after cards with 0% interest for 12 months, which is key in the flipping business. They apply for credit cards on your behalf. I was able to get $50,000 in credit cards to help with my construction, and after you continue to pay these off, you can always ask for increases for these cards to help give you more revolving capital. Hope this helps
