I am very attracted to rooming houses myself.

My reasons:

I work with several homeless organizations, as a volunteer. Through that lens I see homeless people who work hard at becoming self-sufficient. People who are working and could easily pay $4-500 per month. 

I would be focused on providing private rooms with shared common spaces for people who are committed to sobriety and committed to becoming self sufficient. 

Perhaps there would be a resident manager. 

You are so at the right place.
