Hey what is the best title or closing company to use for investors in the Kansas City area? Also which lender and/or hard money lender is the easiest to work with ? For such thing as who funds repairs and has the best Ltv?

@Account Closed I am open to being a bird dog. When I first heard about that I thought it was interesting and I think that it is actually smart. I most definitely will once I get a good contact, I don't think I will do it for that long though. I'm all up for learning and that is what I'm trying to do know is learn this market. Thanks Rod for the advice I appreciate it.

@MJ Schulze Thank you and I hope I am in a good market. I'm about to find out real soon, I am building my buyers list and hopefully you can be one. Until then I appreciate the information it all is helpful and that's exactly why I like SFH because they are more exit strategies. That's what I'm having a problem with right now is finding my own strategy. I have been overwhelmed with all the information that I have been reading and hearing. I am trying to connect with some local investors for networking purposes and for any questions that I may have because I'm sure I will need someone to bounce some off of every now and then . Thank you again and I'm glad I have spoke with you guys and that I have got on BP I fee that I'm not so alone. Everything is always easier when you have support.

Hey Thank you @Mike D' as you know the more help and more people you know in this field the better. So I appreciate it and I'm sure I will have questions. I want to wholesale and buy and hold a few properties for passive income and to bulild a nest egg. I'm looking for that right first property. I'm not sure if I want to get that first rental to help with some income to find other deals or just go straight to wholesaling. I like single family homes but have been thinking about starting out with a multifamly. All I am sure if right now is that I'm ready to get off the sidelines and get my feet wet. I'm always willing to listen to any helpful info.
