Hello Everyone, I live in the Philadelphia area. I am 25, just three years removed from my Bachelors in Architecture, with plenty of experience in commercial construction and existing infrastructure. I am about to finish my Masters in Real Estate Development and would really like to hit the ground running. I will begin going to the REÍA meetings, the first one to be the upcoming one. However, I am really interested in siting down with an experienced investor in the area. I am not looking for no guru to tell me I have to buy this or that, just need to basic guidance and someone to answer some general questions. Who knows, maybe we end up crossing paths. I want to develop my network, and help a colleague if it's within my reach.
