Hellow BP members,

Does anyone in the Philadelphia area works, or know, lawyers that are very familiar with the establishment of LLCs and all the things that come it? It must be someone with Real Estate knowledge.

Hello everyone,

I want to take the time to introduce myself. I am young entrepreneur living in Philadelphia. I have 5 years of architectural experience - my range is very broad: K-12, Urban Mixed-Use Towers, Multi-Family, Infrastructure, and others. I left the field of architecture to pursue a career in RE Development. I currently work as a Development Manager and continue to provide architectural feedback once requested.

As a Real Estate Development, I have primarily focused on construction; managing construction budgets, dealing with contractors, and fighting the battles no one else wants to battle.

I am really looking to connect with folks out here in the area. Philadelphia is currently seeing a lot of construction activity, development activity, and I would love to assist anyone in the process. At the same time, I look for people that in exchange are willing to guide me through the process of getting into rentals, and starting out with rentals.

I look forward to hearing from you all.

Tom Linnik that sounds absolutely perfect to me. I look forward to meeting up with you. I have to check with my college advisor and see if any educational credits would count towards the RE license. If not, then I'll look into the Kaplan. I appreciate the suggestion.

Tom Linnik it sounds like you got a jump start already. I am definitely interested in sitting down and discussing some of the stuff I've learned through my two years of masters. I can definitely provide Architecture advice as well. I would love to hear about your work, most of all. I will get school done and get my RE license as well

Hello Everyone,

I live in the Philadelphia area. I am 25, just three years removed from my Bachelors in Architecture, with plenty of experience in commercial construction and existing infrastructure. I am about to finish my Masters in Real Estate Development and would really like to hit the ground running. I will begin going to the REÍA meetings, the first one to be the upcoming one. However, I am really interested in siting down with an experienced investor in the area. I am not looking for no guru to tell me I have to buy this or that, just need to basic guidance and someone to answer some general questions. Who knows, maybe we end up crossing paths. I want to develop my network, and help a colleague if it's within my reach.
