Good morning everyone. It's been awhile since I been on this site. I'm still pretty new to investing myself. I'm confused tho, why hasn't anyone instructed him to pretty much get a new agent for the simple fact that his agent told him he should offer more than the asking price? I can see if the agent put in the offer already and they came back saying "I got offered more". But that never happened. I'd never offer more than the asking price bcuz what if they're no other offers and the seller says, "hell yeah". Of course it comes down to the appraisal but you could end up paying more than you had to. Again I'm new to this so any criticism on my opinion positive or negative will be truly valued.
If you start an LLC after marriage does the spouse have rights to that as well?

@Peter Mckernan good morning and thank you for your reply. yeah I was just curious about the property it isn't a must to have so the emotions is definitely out of it. if I can get in contact do you think I should mention that my family used to own it or should I keep that into out?

@Eric Anderson good morning. I want the property only because it was a family house. it's not mandatory and I only want if it the lady that owns it is willing to let it go for cheap. City records show that she only paid $1500 for it and Zillow has it estimated to be work about $48k. I was hoping to maybe get it for much less due to it needs a total rehab but I know it's a long shot.

Hello everyone 😊 I recently just learned about yellow letters. My grandfather s house that I would spend summers in has been boarded up since he past away many years ago. Someone purchased the property almost 15 years ago but has never done anything with it. I was interested in purchasing it. My question to everyone is should I mention that it used to be my grandfathers house or should I just pursue it as an investor looking to purchase? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you and Happy Thursday 😊
