Hi John,

right, I should've be more specific. My goal is investing in MTR, and I want to plug in the numbers from a potential property to buy and have as output "deal or no deal" based on the calculated numbers.

Elaborating further, as input:

- percent vacancy

- percent CapEx

- maintenance and repairs

- utilities

- property management

And output the following:

- cash flow

- cash-on-cash return

- and would be nice to have Net Operating Income and Cap Rate

Is there anything like that or is it better to build myself one?

Thanks,

Marcelo

Hi all,

I'm starting my real estate investment journey and would love to have your recommendations for investor-friendly real estate agents in Kansas City, MO.

I'm based on NJ and my goal is to invest in MTR, single-family or duplex, near hospitals or universities.

Thanks a lot!

Marcelo

Hi everyone,

I'm new to BP, and new to real estate investing. I'm interested in connecting with other investors and investor-friendly real estate agents, focusing in MTRs in Kansas City.

I'm interested in a 2-bedroom house (SFR or duplex), ideally near hospitals and/or universities and research centers.

Are there any real estate agents you would recommend from personal experience? Knowing how to analyze deals would be a great plus.

I'm glad to be part of this community.

Thank you for your help,

Marcelo
