Hello Bigger pockets! My name is Marc and I'm new to bigger pockets! And new and learning about real estate investing! Specifically wholesaling in South Florida. I am 21 years old just turned 21!! 06/07/2016 btw whoop whoop!! Closed my first deal last month! And I have a pending close this week!! Whoop!! I know I have a lot to learn and I am grateful to be apart of this community of Bigger pockets! With so many higher player! From @TomKrol, @Todtoback @joemcall @DannyJohnson and many more! I know I have a lot to learn! And a lot of obstacles ahead! But I'm ready and willing to learn! And stepping out of my comfort zone to do so! 4 months ago I've had analysts paralysis! Not taking any action! I was doing so many different things and trying so many things out. Which didn't matter at the time instead of focusing on income generating actions!(Story for another time) If your new and reading this post! I have one tip! One Quiiiiiick Tip!! Lol Focus on one form of marketing and be the best at it before your start another one. for example if your doing mailing focus only on mailing!
