@James Holland, Thank you for your sources, I will take a look at them. I'm still in the process of creating a buyers list.
@Brad Chandler, Thank you. No I haven't wholesaled, I'm slowing in the process of putting couple under contract. I wasn't sure if I could ask a RE agent for info off their buyers list. How does that work out for you?

@Grant Greene,
Thank you so much for sharing I will definitely do just that. I want to make sure I fully weight out my options so I can start on the right foot. One of the challenges I'm facing is qualifying for Lender's financing. Either my credit history isn't perfect enough or the lender companies don't finance to people who live in the VI.

Hey everyone,
I'm slowing learning my way around BP site and realize that I didn't had the opportunity to introduce myself. I enjoy reading all the post and hope that I can provide helpful information to you all as well. My interests are in Wholesaling, Fix and Flip, and passive income through rentals and tax lien investing. For now, I'm interested in doing business in the Virgin Islands and Florida.

Hey Mitul,
It sounds like you would be considering wholesailing the property on an assignable a contract to the investors that you have lined up. That way you would not be using any of your own money and make a small profit of it. Please do your research for your area to see if assigning contracts are illegal.
Hope this helps,
Marci.

Hey Adeyemi,
There are a ton of great information on BP that are posted on the Forums everyday. Pretty much any and everything can be answered on this platform as it relates to real estate investing. What I love is that you are able to interact with business owners, RE agents, contractors, other investors etc. and see their success story and learn from their mistakes. I also love that you can advertise your business in the marketplace (Pro and Plus users only). While getting coaching from people that are gracious enough to help you improve on your business approach.
I hope this helps,
Marci.
