I am an up coming wholesaler, and so far had an easy time finding the deals. However I'm having a hard time finding cash buyers. I'm starting to think that I should have sought out the cash buyers before I found the deals. Living in the VI their is not a large community of investor and I'm hoping to be successful in this business. Does anyone have any success stories that will assist me in finding the cash buyers. I've read that Craig's List worked for many and will continue to work and learn the site.

Yes Justing the market is great in St. John and St. Thomas.

Thank you Elia, yes my biggest struggles are finding the cash buyers. LOL yes Jamband was one of the best bands that originated in the VI. I loved their music!

I hope everything is working out for you.  I've talked to couple RE agents and for the most part, they are great at sharing their insights to investors. I'm currently interesting in wholesaling homes on St. Thomas and St. Croix and have establish a great rapport with couple RE agents.

I am also learning the ropes myself, but it looks like you are off to a great start. Currently, I'm working on wholesaling couple houses in the Virgin Islands and looking for potential Buyers. Have you try using Craig's list for FSBO ads? Or online news papers? Hope this helps.
