Ian, The numbers on this project may not work. I would still like to have the contact info of a civil engineer in my area that could review the zoning and be able to determine its highest and best use for any upcoming opportunities.

I'm looking to purchase and develop a residential property in Charlotte, NC. Currently an assemblage of three lots that would be sold as one. Broker stating that local zoning would allow for 8-9 lots. Need an engineer to analyze the zoning. Asking price is 1.4 Million. Does anyone have an engineer or planning consultant that they can recommend?

Can anyone recommend an engineering firm in the south Charlotte area that can perform a zoning analysis for me on a piece of property. Looking at creating a new subdivision after the land purchase.
