I introduced a developer in NY to a potential equity investor. Turns out they are now in the beginning stages of a large residential development project. I was wondering if I would be entitled to any type of fee or commission for bringing them together?

Can anyone recommend a reputable real estate attorney in the Charlotte area. Thank You Marco G.
Yes, I believe they do.
I purchased my home about 1 years ago. The previous owner had an ADT security alarm system. I didn't want to sign up for a long term contract so I did some research and found a monitoring company called Alarm Relay. They were able to reprogram the existing system and I didn't have to sign a long term contract. My monthly costs comes to $8.95 per month. So far I am very happy with their service. Good Luck! Marco G. P.S. Bigger pockets has been a great tool for me so I'm doing my little part to give back.

I recently passed the North Carolina real estate exam. I am currently working as a construction project manager. I would like to slowly enter the real estate industry and have been contemplating either becoming a full-time broker or possibly just hanging my license with firm and just obtaining referral commissions. I was curious if anyone has any experience with going the referral route and what the pros and cons were. Marco G.
