Are there any negatives to starting an LLC to BRRRR or is it better to refinance under the personal name.
I know when purchasing the traditional method using an LLC would require 20% down. But when refinancing under an LLC I'm guessing it wouldn't really matter because you'll be refinancing at 70% or 75% LTV.
I'm looking to have a huge portfolio rentals in the Baltimore area and only using the BRRRR method, therefore starting an LLC would be best right ?

@Cameron Tope yes, I would like to pull out all of my capital or most out of a deal and continue to repeat.
Thank you for your response!

@Chris Seveney and @Kenneth Garrett If I was looking to take the private lender route, what recommendations do you have for finding a deal provider?

Hey BiggerPockets, I have been debating back and forth of whether I should BRRRR myself or if I should be a Cash Provider?
I have seen posts of people saying it is some what difficult to BRRRR successfully if you are busy all the time and looking to invest out of state.
Would it make more sense to become a cash provider if I work a full time job, have a good amount of cash saved up and have an excellent credit score with minimal debt?

Yeah, I have definitely thought about it and its a great strategy. I guess my hesitation is finding a good multiplex. Doesn't seem like there is a good amount on the market in this area.

Hey BiggerPockets, I purchased my first rental property last year in 2018. It was a single family town house which I barely had to put any improvements into. Now a year later I’m interested in multi family. Duplex, triplex, fourplex, or something bigger. I have around 25k and I know I will be approved for a larger loan than my first because my income increased by a good amount. So to get more into my question. I am basically just asking for advice on moving forward and I know there are great people on here with a lot of experience. So what did you guys do after the first deal and also what do you recommend?
