@Richard Sherman can I ask why you used Google sheets with Cozy? What was Cozy missing that required you to do that?

@Adam Craig -What would be a reasonable transaction fee if you were to use software that charged for transactions?

I am working on software for managing rentals, and your thoughts/input would be helpful.  I'm sorry I don't have suggestions for you right now, but like you, I find there is an opportunity to here for a software product geared towards smaller scale property owners. I appreciate your input.

Hello. I found the forms through the book "The Book on Rental Property Investing".  I have been involved in property rental for about 30 years and have been a software engineer for nearly 20 years.  I decided this past summer to write software to help with my rental property management, and that project has been growing over the last few months.  I am here both to increase my knowledge of property rental investment strategies as well as to get more ideas for building a better Property Management software product.  I look forward to learning and growing with the rest of you.
