I'm a wholesaler myself. The best way to find people like myself is through joining Facebook real estate groups. Search up Ohio Real Estate Groups on Facebook. There's a group in particular called "Wholesale Real Estate" and there are lots of us in there.

Did the realtor ask you for proof of funds?
