@Byron Turcios thanks for your advise and time. I only only need 1, so if I get an electrician, you for instance, you could install it and put everything inside the unit in order, outlets, switches, etc,. Could you provide the service meter? How much will ComEd charge to feed the powerlines? Hope to hear from you soon

I am looking at a 3 unit, it is legal, but one unit shares an electric meter. How much will it cost to intall or get Comed to install an electric meter and what other costs do I need to factor. Thank you everyone!!!

I currently have an FHA loan and in April 2022 it will be a year with this property. I would like to refinance into conventional so that I can do the FHA loan again for my next property.

I probably won't have the 20% equity but I would still like to go conventional so that I can move onto my next FHA loan.

What are the pros and cons and any advice you can give.

Has anyone worked with Quality Builders, I heard about them on the Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast. Thanks

Something along these lines as well

I am looking for a nice awning for my building, like the old school ones in the tri-taylor area. Not the fabric but something that matches a building built in the late 1800's.

@John Warren Thank you so much you've been very helpful throughout my journey! I am wondering if you can recommend a snow removal guy or company in the tray Taylor area
