love the cabinets, where did you get them?
@John Warren Thanks John, definitely a great idea. I heard you on the straight up chicago investors podcast, you made it a great episode. Passed it along to all of my buddies.
I wanted to ask you, I heard on the podcast of your experience managing buildings with 12 units or so. Can you recommend an appliance package or if you could share your strategy, I see that frigidaire is the cheapest at ABT. Last time I mixed and match with floor models for one of my units, but now I need to equip 2 units now and possibly 2 down the road.
Thanks again!!!
If anyone could help me here, I would really appreciate it. I have a 3 unit that only has one gas meter and that makes me include utilities in rent. I would like to change that and have each unit have its own meter. I need 2 gas meters installed one would go in the basement for the "summer kitchen". THANKS EVERYONE!!!!

I am using a reputable company to do some work for me under 5K. They will bill me when the work is done. I will look at the work, and if satisfied I will send them a check. Do I need them to sign lien waver at some point?
Post: ComEd Electric Meter Installation

@Byron Turcios thanks for your advise and time. I only only need 1, so if I get an electrician, you for instance, you could install it and put everything inside the unit in order, outlets, switches, etc,. Could you provide the service meter? How much will ComEd charge to feed the powerlines? Hope to hear from you soon

I am looking at a 3 unit, it is legal, but one unit shares an electric meter. How much will it cost to intall or get Comed to install an electric meter and what other costs do I need to factor. Thank you everyone!!!
Post: Refinancing out of an FHA to conventional

I currently have an FHA loan and in April 2022 it will be a year with this property. I would like to refinance into conventional so that I can do the FHA loan again for my next property.
I probably won't have the 20% equity but I would still like to go conventional so that I can move onto my next FHA loan.
What are the pros and cons and any advice you can give.
