@Kim Hud we were in similar situation recently. After we closed we gave 30-45 days notice to end the lease but as per lease only 30 days were needed. Also, the tenants were not paying rent so gave 10 day notice filed eviction and got the possession.

@John Caleb Pavlus we had 2 such tenants not paying or making efforts to pay. We filed for eviction and won both cases. One left in 10 days other one sherif will be kicking out this week fingers crossed.

@Pete M. Are evictions open in our state ? We are in a similar situation with 2 tenants and filed ourself. We got judgement of possession for both cases it’s easy don’t wait just give 10 day notice and file.

Has anyone successfully in legal eviction recently? The evictions opened in Sep in PA. Any success stories ??? I hear non payment of rent is not a good reason is it true ??
