Thank you both.

Broker-dealer does sound better.
Do you have any suggestions?

Believe it or not, the webinar was last week from Dutch and Amy:

1- $20k capital call from investors

2- Sue the SEC

3- file chapter 11 debt restructuring

4- New LLC "Omnico" is now live for investors

Some investors are together on this. The SEC just takes a long time.

Quote from @Jay Bru:

I'm looking for other investors that are involved with the Nova RTP1 deal with Gro Capitus, can you please reach out to me if you or know of anyone, thank you.

What and when was that deal?

As Melanie indicated- there is an investigation with SEC, they called me 1/14/25 for information.

In terms of the upcoming zoom meetings- asking tough questions is difficult. The microphone is closed. You can submit questions via chat but I’m sure those are cherry-picked. If you join the call as “anonymous”, Dutch always says he will not respond to you. I have never seen any financial statements or documents or 3rd party audits etc.

Been with them since 2001. Invested in Avondale, UGRO, BTR and Delos. Delos fell through and thankfully their legal team fought hard for us and returned our capital and profit. Other projects are behind schedule and without returns. All I can do is continue to wait and be hopeful.
