Hello BP community.  I am a part-time investor from Carlsbad, California.  I have a decent amount of investing experience which has included 5 primary residences, 5 house flips, 2 office buildings, and I've lent funds on about 30 flips.  I am seeking wholesalers to show me multi-family deals in Charlotte, Reno NV, Phoenix, Denver, St. Louis or Southern California. Might consider some other markets if the risk/return is good.  I also lend funds on flips, but only want to hear from folks who have flipped at least 20 houses, and I probably wouldn't lend in judicial foreclosure states.
