Where is the meet up?
Does anyone know where I can find this group? They were representing as attorneys and tax planning and investing and said they have been on bigger pockets-were discussing 401Ks Roth IRAs paying house with HELOC,etc. Seemed like a good group to go with as we need to start planning some of this..
We have Auto Owners for our insurance company for our rental. We are in process of having it remediated due to a tenant making meth in the garage. The insurance company told me it is considered a pollutant and is therefore not covered. The company doing the clean up stated they have had issues with AutoOwners in the past but with the help of a Public Adjuster have gotten some claims for this covered under Vandalism. Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you!
Thank you-the lease is made out in both their names.
I left another post about this but this question is: Can I legally remove items the boyfriend has at property as he was arrested or do I still need to file an eviction to be able to do that? The girlfriend is ready to accept she cant stay and move her stuff out. I believe he also has 2 cars in the driveway..can I have them towed?
I assume I would still need to file an eviction in order to be able to legally remove his stuff? Or does the legal action of his arrest and consequent forfeit of tenancy automatically give me that right without filing?
Thank you all-I think we have a clear decision!
MN Landlord handbook says we could have property confiscated if same tenants are found with over $1000 worth of drugs a second time-the ex girlfriend who moved out wants to move back in-can we write a new lease with just her that would eliminate this risk or are we better off to move on to new tenants? She wants to stay and says she had no knowledge of the drugs but isn't sure if she can legally stay?
