I have signed up for the Ultimate Partnering Event 2019 in Boston in July. Has there been an agenda sent out yet for the event or what typically is the agenda based on previous years ? I may not be able to make all 3 days so it would be nice to understand better the 3 days. Thanks !

Usually its not a speciality doing this type of work but I would ask a good mason who could hire an excavator to do the digging and he does the rest. Please make sure you get permits and the town approves your idea first before you move forward. You want to fully permitted for the work and to make sure they will allow you to rent the basement. Many 1-4 units they will not allow you to rent out the basement so be careful. Best of Luck

For me; its all about the Networking with the added bonus that I am going to learn alot from all the speakers and topics. I'm also really looking to JV with other GP Partners at the event. First time going to Joe's event. Can't wait !
