Just getting my first rental and was wondering what the benefits of setting my LLC as a Nevada LLC instead of Virginia, where I live,or Baltimore Md where the property is . Any thoughts? Thanks Mark

I'm thinking about renting out a row house section 8. Can I inspect every 30 days?

Just a thought, is the place propane heated? It may have been roughed in for heaters.

Try removing a cap and see if you smell propane even if they are no longer active you will still smell it.

Considering replacing the 10  1920s windows and storm windows with new windows but I was wondering if anyone knew how much that would help my appraisal .
