Great information, @Bronson Hill. Thanks for sharing this. It's more common than we think for us to get "stuck" and not invest properly (or at all) because we simply don't know what the best strategy would be. 

Investing in a tourist area is great until something like COVID happens, then you see those rentals suffering for a bit. People then find a groove again (just like we have with COVID) and things return to normal slowly but surely. I'm curious to know what other investors have experienced with their properties in areas like Tulum. @Account Closed
