Hi Anne! My husband and I are in the same boat. We weren't sure where to start. We've been looking at multi family units to possibly house hack. We have been looking into the northwest suburbs. We haven't found many options in that area. We've only searched online, so there could be some property not listed on the sites we've been looking at. Best wishes on this exciting journey!
