How do i tell if it will be free and clear if i win the auction. The title information says there is a mortgage on it and another subordinate deed of trust.

Is this a foreclosure auction?

We are going to do granite tile on our rehab. I like the idea if one tile goes bad we can replace it. We are going to just install the tiles over the existing countertop. I am anxious though to see how it will turn out. There are a few threads about it on here or do a google search for pics!

it is like combing thru weeds to find a flower! My latest rehab purchase was from a craigslist ad. 

But there is a lot of junk. I hate the "legitimate" ones who post the same ad like 10 times in one day. And then repeat every few days...

they seem to be from the same place. They have @att or @yahoo addresses. They always give dates for open houses too.  No addresses are ever listed just the city.
