@Ned Carey and @Jay Hinrichs

Thank you very much for your input. As I am a Maryland resident ( but own properties out of state) I have been trying to get a feel for the market in Florida. It is interesting how investors think versus "other" people. I was just in a city-data forum and no one could understand why people would invest out of state or invest at all for that matter. LOL. I seem to be finding several wholesale properties in Jax, however, I am not looking to rehab but buy and hold. Do you know where I can find details on rental demands in a specific area? I appreciate your insight and wisdom!

Hi!! I am new to BP and looking to invest in West florida or other growing areas in the Florida area. Would love to connect with other investors to learn more about current market conditions. I currently own two investment properties in NY. Looking forward to connecting with all of you!
